Account and Data Deletion Request

1. How to request deletion

To request deletion of your account and personal data, follow these steps:

1. Send an email to with the subject «Account deletion - SatWeb»: hello@satweb.us

2. Provide the email or username you use to sign in to the app, so we can verify your identity.

3. (Optional) Describe your request: you may specify whether you want to delete the user, or only stop receiving communications.

4. Confirmation: you will receive an email reply once your request has been processed.

2. What data is deleted

When we process your request, we delete or anonymize the data that personally identifies you:

• User first and last name.

• Contact email and phone number.

• Sign-in credentials (username and password).

• The link between your personal identity and the company account.

3. What data is kept and why

SatWeb is a B2B work tool: the operational information recorded while using the app belongs to the client company that owns the account and forms the technical history of its assets. For this reason, the following data is kept even if your personal user is deleted:

• Work orders, service visits, diagnostics and completed tasks.

• Signatures, photos and evidence attached to the jobs.

Where technically possible, these records are unlinked from your personal identity (anonymization). No personal data is kept beyond what is necessary to preserve the integrity of the asset history and to comply with legal obligations.

4. Timeframes and retention

• Processing: requests are processed within up to 30 days of receipt.

• Backups: data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 90 additional days, after which it is purged.

• Legal retention: data that applicable law requires us to keep (for example, tax or accounting information) is retained for the corresponding legal periods.
